I started out working in the fitness industry building my way up, through the ranks from fitness instructor to health club manager and enjoyed a fantastic 12 years, it was during this time that I started to have regular massages myself. Having always had an interest in the body I was amazed at how an effective massage could enhance my fitness training and improve my general well-being. I decided to train in massage just out of interest and fell in love with it. The ability to be able to calm, relax or take way pain from manipulation of the muscles gave and still gives me a sense of satisfaction and pride. On moving to Cardiff a couple of years ago I added to my skills by studying Clinical aromatherapy and advanced anatomy and physiology at UWIC. I passionately believe that to live a happy healthy life an overall holistic approach is needed, through massage, exercise, nutritional food and most importantly fun. I treat all my clients as individuals – because they all are, making each treatment about what they need, not just at that moment but going forward to improve their general well-being outside our sessions. Wishing you all good health for now and in the future.
