A Chartered Member of the CIPD, Kate has worked in the HR arena for many years. Having formerly gained extensive experience of founding and growing companies in the business services sector, Kate has worked both at board level for other companies as well as running her own HR consultancy. This gives her a unique insight into her client’s issues, because she’s been on their side. Not only does she understand what it’s like to deal with those issues, she also knows how to resolve them.
Kate is a commercially minded HR professional, with a hands-on, pragmatic approach. In addition to her ‘day job’, Kate sits on the non-executive board of the trading subsidiary of a mental health and wellbeing charity, Gofal.
